Electronic Items:

You must return all electronic items in new or unused condition with all original materials included with the shipment within 15 days to receive a full refund minus shipping charges. Our receiving department will inspect all returned items and award a partial refund if opened or used. (*)(**)(***) See Below!!

All Other Items:

You must send back all other items in new or unused condition within 30 days to receive a full refund minus shipping charges. Our receiving department will inspect all returned items and award a partial refund if item is kept longer than 30 days. (*)(**)(***) See Below!!

(*) You must call within the time frames stated above to get an authorized return number before you return any item. Items sent back without an ARN will not be accepted and therefore no refund will be given.
